Traditional Greek spinach pie – Spanakopita with ILIADA Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 500g all-purpose flour
  • 80g strained yogurt
  • 2 tbs vinegar
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Salt & fresh pepper

For the filling:

  • 1 kilo spinach
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 leek 1 onion
  • 200g feta cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml ILIADA Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ILIADA spray Kalamata PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 50g sesame seeds
