Traditional Greek spinach pie – Spanakopita with ILIADA Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Ingredients
For the dough:
- 500g all-purpose flour
- 80g strained yogurt
- 2 tbs vinegar
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Salt & fresh pepper
For the filling:
- 1 kilo spinach
- 3 spring onions
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 leek 1 onion
- 200g feta cheese
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml ILIADA Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ILIADA spray Kalamata PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 50g sesame seeds
