Risotto with thick noodles and mushrooms with ILIADA Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Truffle

Ingredients

• 500g. rice for risotto, arborio or carnaroli
• 1 nest thick noodles
• 10 ml. ILIADA spray with Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 100 ml. ILIADA Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 2L. hot stock vegetables or water
• 1 glass of white wine
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 100g mushrooms, finely chopped
• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• 1 bunch of thyme
• Lemon juice, of ½ lemon
• Lemon zest, of 1 lemon
• 100 g. parmesan, grated
• Salt & fresh pepper
