Ingredients

For the Zucchini balls:

  • 5 large zucchinis
  • 100g feta cheese
  • 2 pinches cumin
  • ½ bunch of mint
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • ½ bunch of parsley
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 100g gruyere cheese, grated
  • 1tbs oregano
  • ILIADA Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Basil
  • ILIADA Kalamata PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Corn flour
  • Salt & fresh pepper

For the Yogurt dip:

  • 150g yogurt
  • 1 tbs ILIADA Green Olive Paste
  • ILIADA Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Basil
  • Lemon zest, of 1 lemon
  • Lemon juice, of 1 lemon
  • Salt & fresh pepper
