Ingredients:

• 1kg potatoes unpeeled
• 1 spring onion
•  100g cream cheese
•  1tsp mild mustard
•  1 bunch of fresh thyme, finely chopped
•  100g smoked salmon
•  70g ILIADA Kalamata Olives sliced
•  50g ILIADA Capers finely chopped
•  1/2 bunch of dill, finely chopped
•  Lemon zest, of 1 lemon
•  Lemon juice, of 1 lemon
•  1/2 bunch of chives, finely chopped
•  150g strained yoghurt
•  1 Florina (red) pepper, diced
•  1 green (bell) pepper, diced
•  ILIADA spray Kalamata PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
•  Salt & fresh pepper
