Ingredients
For the Liquid Cake:
  • 450g sugar
  • 450g all-purpose flour
  • 100g ILIADA Koroneiki Variety Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 50g ILIADA Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 70 g cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 vanillas
  • 500g hot water
  • 1 sachet baking powder
  • 1 cut tbs baking soda

For the Vanilla Sauce:

  • 125g heavy cream
  • 60g white chocolate in drops
  • 1 vanillin
